How to view what other Stumblers say about your site

Written by Malin on November 16th, 2007 -

When using StumbleUpon it’s commonly known that you shouldn’t stumble your own sites and posts. But let’s say that you are curious who stumbled and reviewed your post/site. Do you know how to? No? Let me explain it:

If you use StumbleUpon toolbar in your browser this is pretty easy.

Make the speech bubble appear in your toolbar

If you already have the white speech bubble visible, you can skip this step!

  • Go to the Tools tab that is visible on your StumbleUpon toolbar and choose “Toolbar options”.
  • Then make sure the box at the “Reviews” icon, white speech bubble, is checked. This is how it looks like. Then click OK and it should appear on your toolbar as you can see on mine below.

StumbleUpon Toolbar

How to view the stumblers and the reviews
This is so easy that it’s laughable! Go to your site or one of your posts, then all you have to do is to click the white little speech bubble and you will be taken to your sites/posts stumble page where you can view who has stumbled it and what they have written in their reviews (if there are any). And of course, you can do this on any site not only your own!

Thoughts Aside

One comes to know of new deals regarding credit cards when he is out to get a car insurance. Since quite some time, mastercard regularly comes up with deals of work from home as well as easy solutions to mortgage loan. An online credit card is even better in the sense that it allows one to keep a check on the outgoing and incoming balances.

Another opportunity to earn money!

Written by Malin on November 9th, 2007 -

Blog Advertising - Get Paid to BlogSmorty just released their new referral program. When you refer another blogger you will earn 5% commission of the total payments made to your referred blogger. So the person you referred must have their blog approved and then take some paid opportunities before you earn anything. But still, it’s a great passive income!

So far I have earned over $200 with Smorty and then I really haven’t been very active there either. So the opportunity to make even more is really high!

That also include interactive and automatic scheduling of backups with compression during transmission, incremental/full backups, encryption, synchronization, open file support for MS SQL Server and Exchange Backups.

They also offer online storage that includes services like Snapshots, Network Drive, Sharing, Collaboration, Sub-Accounts, WebFolders and Mobile Access. And all that with the lovely drag-n-drop and sharing features which also means that you can access your files anywhere.

Get more traffic with BloggingZoom

Written by Malin on November 4th, 2007 -

BloggingZoom
I’m sure you have heard about it but it’s quite new. People claimed to get a little more traffic when submitting their own posts to BloggingZoom so I joined up and submitted one of my posts from Infektia.net yesterday. And without even linking to the voting page or telling people about it, I got “zoomed” 11 times and also received 3 comments! It was a nice surprise when I logged in this evening! I didn’t expect anything at all! That also means that I got in to the “Top Today” list.

One thing that I don’t like about BloggingZoom is that on every post you submit, you have to write a 350 characters description for each one. I think it’s a bit too much, it’s almost like a blog post in it self. 250 would be better. But I think it has a lot of potential. It will be interesting to see how it goes when it gets more attention.

Try it out for yourself! Join and then add me as your friend!
